If your registered ring ever needs refinishing due to normal wear, benchmark will refinish your ring free of charge. Benchmark is not responsible for chipped stones due to normal wear.

If your finger size ever changes, Benchmark will resize or replace your ring free of charge. In the event that material has to be added to your ring to complete the sizing, you will be charged the price of the metal and/or stones necessary to create the new piece.

How to Register Your Benchmark Ring

To register your benchmark ring, you may log on to benchmarkrings.com. The following items are necessary for your successful registration:
Store receipt, store name, store address
Benchmark style number
Purchase price
Guarantee number (located on the lower left corn of the certificate you receive)

Please Note:

The Lifetime Guarantee does not cover a ring that been purchased or ordered in the incorrect finger size or if the finger sizes have changed between the time of purchase and actual physical receipt of the piece.
All rings must be registered within 30 days of your purchase of the band. If the band is not registered within 30 days, the Guarantee will be null and void.
All bands can only be sized or refinished after 60 days of actual wear and assuming the ring has been registered correctly.
Third-party alterations to the band, excluding engraving and _ sizing, will automatically void the Benchmark Lifetime Guarantee.

Benchmark reserves the right to modify this policy at any time and without notice and/or refuse and registration.

This Guarantee is available only for Benchmark wedding ring products. It does not apply to any other product Benchmark produces.
